Waiver of Liability

This agreement releases owner from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during application of cosmetic dental appliances. By purchasing from our site you’ve confirmed reading this agreement. You the buyer agree to hold RoyalteethLab entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of cause.

You also acknowledge the potential risks involved with applying cosmetic dental appliances. These include but are not limited to trauma plaque build up and allergic reaction. By making a purchase you swear that RoyalteethLab is a professional facility, and that all risks are understood. 

By making any purchases on this site you forfeit all right to bring a suit against RoyalteethLab for any reason. In return, you the buyer will receive custom fabricated cosmetic dental appliances. 

Online Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, please email us royalteethlab@gmail.com to authorize your return.

Please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase in order to make a return. Due to labor cost, we are unable to offer an exchange but the item can be returned back to us for store credit in which you can make your new purchase.

Full priced items can be returned for online store credit.

Non-returnable items: Royal Teeth (grillz) and any custom pendants cannot be returned. Please note all purchases of products are final.

If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will issue you  an online store credit. Please note, your personal agreement with  Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled  repayments.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind in the items or faulty items; however we offer a Redo on faulty items.
